While no other nominations have been received-to-date, the opportunity still exists to nominate your fellow Canucks or to volunteer to join the committee from the floor at the AGM on Saturday 01 July.
If you’d like to join the committee, nominations remain open for Social Media Coordinator and Committee-at-large. All our experienced committee would be available for a handover, and you’d be well supported in any role.
If there are no nominations received for Social Media Coordinator at the AGM, then post-AGM the newly formed committee will work with interested individuals to fill these roles.
The club encourages all to get involved with the club by joining the committee, or assisting with the coordination and hosting of events. The positions require joining us in a few meetings a year, and an event (or so) each quarter. Many of these are held online through Zoom.
If you are interested in finding out more about the committee and helping out, please approach any of the committee members at the AGM on Saturday 01 July during the breakfast, or e-mail the Canadian Club of NZ on: firstname.lastname@example.org
