Celebrate Thanksgiving and the 40th Anniversary of the Canadian Club of NZ.

Thanksgiving dinner event price includes starters, selection of breads, buffet dinner (including roast Turkey, Ham & Lamb), plus a commemorative gift for each adult attendee to celebrate the club’s 40th anniversary.

There will be a couple of competitions on the night…

• ’Canadian’ style dessert competition - e.g. Pumpkin Pie, Butter Tarts, Nanaimo Bars, Fruit Pies etc. To enter the competition, please register your interest in your RSVP and we’ll send you all the details for the competition. There have been some great entries the past couple of years, so, enter the competition and share your favourite Canadian dessert.

• Plus, it wouldn’t be Thanksgiving without some truly ugly festive sweaters or hoodies. If you’ve got one (and brave enough to wear it), then bring it! They can be handmade or store-bought, and the more outrageous the better.

There will also be raffles during the night, so, to be in to win, please bring some spare $ for raffle tickets.

Event be held at The Remuera Club, Greenlane, Auckland. The venue is a short drive from the city centre, and has plenty of onsite parking.

Event Cost:

• Adults:

  • Club Members - has a paid Club Membership (or joins): $44 per person

  • Club Guests: $49 per person

• Children (5-10 years):

  • Club Members - has a paid Club Membership (or joins): $18 per person

  • Club Guests: $21 per person

• Infants (Under 5 years):

  • Club Members & Club Guests: Free

RSVP & Pre-payment:

• The club must provide a confirmed count to the venue in advance of the event, so please ensure your email RSVP & internet banking prepayment is received by end of day on Friday 07th Oct.

• Please include in your RSVP the number of people in your party, first & last names, if any attending are paid Club Members, any special dietary requirements (do our best to accommodate), and if any children/infants please include their age.

Cancellation Policy:

Unfortunately, due to commitments the club has with the venue, we are unable to offer refunds after 7th Oct.

*Exception is if the event is postponed/cancelled due to a change that impacts the hosting of the event.

If you have any, then please let us know. We’ll check with the venue, but can't guarantee we’ll be able to comply.
